How do I sign up as a driver?
Download the CabClans app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the sign-up prompts. You'll need to provide your name, phone number, driver licence details, and accreditation information. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
How does job sharing work?
When you receive a job you can't take, you can share it with trusted drivers in your clan. Simply tap "Share Job" and it will be offered to your clan members. If someone accepts, the job is transferred to them seamlessly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. We are fully GDPR compliant and follow strict data protection practices. We never sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
You can request deletion of all your personal data directly from the app. Go to Settings, then tap "Delete My Data". Your request will be processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. You can also email us at alerts@cabclans.com to request data deletion.
How does the reputation system work?
Every completed job, positive interaction, and reliable behaviour builds your reputation score. Higher reputation unlocks better job opportunities, priority access to shared jobs, and exclusive benefits. Your reputation is visible to other clan members.
How do I join or create a clan?
To join an existing clan, ask a clan leader for an invite code and enter it in the app under "Clans". To create your own clan, go to the Clans section and tap "Create Clan". You'll be the clan leader and can invite other drivers to join.
